Overview

The 2026 Tennessee Baptist Missionary & Educational Convention, Inc. Congress of Christian Education brought together pastors, ministers, church leaders, educators, and believers from across Tennessee for four days of worship, biblical instruction, leadership development, and Christian fellowship in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Through inspiring worship experiences, dynamic faculty, and practical ministry training, participants were equipped to strengthen today's Church and prepare tomorrow's leaders.

THE CONGRESS BY DAY

MONDAY - JULY 20
OPENING DAY

The 2026 Congress of Christian Education officially began as participants from across Tennessee gathered for registration, worship, fellowship, and the first educational sessions of the week. The day opened with the Official Congress Welcome, followed by the Devotional Encounter, morning and afternoon classes, Lunch-N-Learn, and the Opening Worship Service, setting the tone for four days of biblical instruction, leadership development, and Christian fellowship.

TUESDAY - JULY 21
CONTINUING THE JOURNEY

Tuesday continued the Congress experience with another full day of worship, biblical instruction, and ministry training. Participants returned for morning and afternoon educational courses while engaging in a featured Lunch-N-Learn and gathering for evening worship. The Youth & Young Adult Session also featured regional programming, division breakouts, rally rehearsal, and the "123 Release Em" Panel, creating opportunities for learning, fellowship, and leadership development across every generation.

GROWING TOGETHER

Wednesday provided another day of worship, learning, and ministry development as participants continued their educational journey through dynamic courses and practical instruction. The day also brought the Adult and Youth & Young Adult sessions together for the evening Worship Experience and President's Address, highlighting the Congress's commitment to equipping believers and strengthening the Church for future ministry.

THURSDAY - JULY 23
CELEBRATION AND SENDING FORTH

The final day of the Congress celebrated a week of worship, learning, and spiritual growth while preparing participants to return to their churches equipped for ministry. The Closing Worship Service, faculty and volunteer recognition, certification presentations, and the 2026 Congress Charge provided a meaningful conclusion to the week's educational experience. Youth & Young Adult participants concluded their Congress with community service, fellowship, and dismissal.
