What is the Daniel Fast? How do you prepare for it?
To deepen our spiritual connection with God through intentional prayer, worship, and fasting, following the example of Daniel’s commitment in the Bible.
Inspired by Daniel 10:2-3, the Daniel Fast invites participants to a 21-day journey of spiritual devotion and renewal. During this time, we focus on spiritual food—fervent and focused prayer—over physical indulgences, setting aside meats, sweets, alcohol, caffeine, and bread to draw closer to God. This fast is designed to help us grow in faith, strengthen our dependence on God, and develop a more disciplined spiritual life.
